The Ekiti state governor Dr. Kayode Fayemi has sworn-in four new permanent secretaries to enhance service delivery in the state.
The governor during the swearing -in program held at the governors office in ado ekiti on tuesday said the appointments became necessary after the retirement of some officers.
Our government house correspondent Olugbolade Cole reports that the governor urged them as agents of the people to work within the civil service rule and support government in the execution of its five point agenda of restoring the values of the state.
Governor Fayemi assured them of governments support in the areas of capacity development, welfare and infrastructure.
Engr. Olugbenga Odesanmi who spoke on behalf of the new permanent secretaries promised not to betray the peoples trust in them as well as uphold the tenets of their various offices.
The new permanent secretaries are Mr.Samson Olauyi,
Engr. Olugbenga Odesanmi, Dr. Micheal Ibikunle and Mrs. Titilayo Olayinka.
