Ekiti state government has announced the discovery of a new tourism site at the foot of a mountain in Iyin -Ekiti.
The governor’s Senior Special Assistant on Tourism, Wale Ojo-Lanre who made this known to newsmen in Ado-Ekiti, stated that the natural Amphitheatre has rock pebbles which look like seats, capable of accommodating 500 guests or audience during a performance.
He further explained that the rock as a landscape that has an entry, exit, air outlets and a foyer, where guests or audience can stand to have an awesome panoramic view of Ado-Ekiti
He added that the site was discovered by one Pastor Bayode, who has a worship place some two kilometers away in the mountains.
Ojo-Lanre however congratulated Governor Kayode and described him as a tourism-friendly governor.
