South Sudan main opposition party disagrees with formation of unity government.

The main opposition party in South Sudan has called for a six-month delay in the formation of a unity administration.

The spokesman for former rebel leader Riek Machar, Puok Buluang, said his party would not join a unity government on November 12- a deadline agreed in september after months of talks.

He called on the government to release funds it had agreed to spend on rolling out the accord.
